Cancellations & Refunds

All bookings are subject to the terms outlined in your service agreement.

A deposit is required to secure your event date. Deposits are non-refundable but are transferable to a new event date, subject to availability and the terms outlined in your contract.

Cancellations and changes to your event may be subject to additional fees depending on timing and scope. Specific details regarding cancellations, rescheduling, and payment terms will be clearly defined in your contract.

We understand plans can change and will always do our best to accommodate adjustments when availability allows.
